COVID-19 update: It is a difficult time for everyone (including our suppliers and postal services). We will try not to over-promise and under-deliver. Accordingly, some changes include:

Disabling Express Domestic & International Shipping temporarily. We don't want to charge you extra when our postal services simply cannot guarantee timely delivery.

Standard Shipping orders can take up to 20 additional business days (in addition to below standard shipping times) to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us by emailing contact@quidproquo.sale if you have any concerns with the delivery or the product and we can seek to alleviate your concerns. Please note:

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. We take all reasonable steps to ensure to ensure the apparel sizing matches the Size Guide.

Damaged or defective goods claims to be made within 2 weeks after product has been received.

Lost in transit: our packages come with tracking numbers, but please contact us immediately if you believe the package has been lost in transit and we will find out what happened.

Wrong address: If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or is unclaimed by you, the shipment will be returned to our supplier's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Sealed goods & hygiene: We cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as accessories, face masks and jewellery, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
